Advanced maintenance logbook update

For the users of the UpperBee Manager advanced maintenance logbook, improvements have just been made:

• To ease navigation, the tools and functionalities of the maintenance logbook have been regrouped into a single page.
• To simplify the creation of the maintenance logbook’s elements, the different creation tools have been regrouped into a single pop-up window, making it easier to create everything in one sitting, link directly to the sub-zones and categories, etc.
• Tags: to create groups with zones and equipment and ease information sharing for the entirety of the components, you can now regroup all of said elements under a single “tag”.
• To easily transmit the information to the different actors involved in maintenance and repairs of building components, you can now generate a link or QR code, redirecting to a webpage which contains all of the information that you choose to share. The QR code can be positioned at the building, near the equipment, to access the relevant info of said components with any smartphone while on location.
• Quick creation: To help you configure the basic information of your maintenance logbook in just a few minutes, certain elements like buildings and floor plans, as well as most common equipment, can now be created with just a few clicks.
