Course description
In a condominium with a reception desk staffed by a doorman or guard at all times, it may be desirable to activate UpperBee’s Delivery Log. This will allow for the receipt of deliveries to the building and the sending of an email or text message notifying residents that a delivery is waiting for them at the reception desk. The Delivery Log allows you to keep a complete record of all deliveries received by building staff whether they have been given to residents or are still in the custody of your staff.
