When registering, each supplier and contractor is invited to enter their purchase order number(s). When the supplier leaves, they are asked to upload a digital copy of their work order - you will always have a record of what they did matched to the time they spent.

Bonjour will automatically download your property apartment list from your UpperBee Condo, Rental, or Manager management software. No manual entry required, it's that easy.

When integrated with your UpperBee Condo, Rental or Manager management software, notify your residents, by email or SMS, that a package intended for them has arrived at the building and is waiting for them at the front desk. Keep an updated inventory of packages on hand and get signatures as proof of delivery.

sEcuritY REPORTS
Automatically upload and archive your security team reports to your UpperBee Condo, Rental or Manager management software, and notify your management team of any incident requiring their attention. Allows automatic filing and archiving of safety reports that do not require management intervention.
