The Gallery sur le Canal I and II project is located in Griffintown, near Wellington Street and the Peel Basin, close to all services, near Old Montreal and downtown. Two metro stations are nearby, a new REM station is under construction and easy access to the bike path. The Lachine Canal is at the foot of the project, the Atwater Market is close and many restaurants as well. The project offers rooftop mezzanines, for some penthouse units, with an incomparable view of the city center. There is a rooftop pool, a large terrace, and a large indoor urban chalet with a kitchen area. The second phase includes a large gymnasium with modern equipment and a yoga room.
