The Fédération régionale des OSBL d’habitation de la Montérégie et de l’Estrie (FROHME) has chosen UpperBee to optimize the management of the housing portfolios under its responsibility. FROHME: Serving community housing in Montérégie and Estrie

Since its creation in 2000, FROHME has established itself as a key player in community housing in Quebec. It now brings together nearly 130 member organizations, owning over 3,800 housing units across Montérégie and Estrie. It is the main regional body representing nonprofit community housing organizations in these two regions.

FROHME acts as a regional spokesperson, advocating for the shared interests of its members with partners, decision-makers, and the public.

Beyond advocacy, FROHME offers its members daily, hands-on support, including:

• Tailored training
• Sharing of best practices
• Development and management advice

Through its work, FROHME actively contributes to housing thousands of low-income households, playing a key role in social inclusion, fighting exclusion, and improving living conditions within its communities.
