A new major project for the SolutionCondo teams managed with UpperBee, the All-In-One Property Management Software. Note that the teams had already obtained the management of phases I and II of the Gallery sur le Canal project.

The SolutionCondo team has set itself the mission of ensuring the sustainability of buildings and encouraging effective and efficient management of Quebec condominiums.
The Gallery sur le Canal project is in Griffintown, near Wellington Street and the Peel Basin, close to all services, near Old Montreal and downtown. Two metro stations are nearby, a new REM station is under construction and easy access to the bike path. The Lachine Canal is at the foot of the project, the Atwater Market is close and many restaurants as well. The project offers rooftop mezzanines, for some penthouse units, with an incomparable view of the city center.
The third phase of the Gallery features refined common areas, lush gardens, rooftop terraces, a workout room and a glass-enclosed pool bordering the canal.
As with Phases I and II of the project, SolutionCondo relies on its team of property management professionals and UpperBee’s innovative technological solutions adapted to the management of today’s condominiums, to manage the SDC Galerie sur le Canal Phase 3.
