Wilkar/Canderel extend UpperBee use Canada wide

In early December 2022, Wilkar and Canderel announced their partnership in property management.
Canderel has a strong presence in the commercial property management industry, with over 24 million square feet of space under management across the country. This partnership positions Canderel as a key player in the residential property management sector in Canada, with a portfolio of residential properties managed by this partnership, thus formed by the end of 2022, that exceeds 17,000 units in Ontario and Quebec.
Wilkar has been an existing UpperBee customer since 2018 and has chosen to extend its use of UpperBee across Canada, including to its Ontario partner TSE Management Services, and to all future partners across Canada.
