Here are some of the latest improvements and new features of your UpperBee software that are implemented, allowing you to better manage your buildings.

MAJOR UPDATE
RESERVATION MANAGEMENT REDESIGN

UpperBee is introducing a completely redesigned reservation management experience, built to offer greater simplicity, fluidity, and efficiency for all users.

This update creates a centralized environment where condominium owners and tenants can check availability, select dates, and confirm reservations of amenities and other services in just a few clicks.

An intuitive booking interface displays all available items with advanced filters, and provides an interactive calendar, for amenities, with date-based pricing, pursuant to the rules of the building. Users can access real-time availability and complete their reservation—including payment—directly within the platform.

For managers, enhanced tools make it easier to create and manage listings, configure settings, adjust pricing, block specific periods, and monitor all reservations from a centralized calendar. Reservations also integrate seamlessly with operations by automatically generating requests and tasks, helping coordinate arrivals, departures, and maintenance.

Result: a modern, seamless booking experience for residents and optimized management for operational teams.


Coming soon – New Dashboard
A clearer view to make faster decisions

UpperBee is launching a new generation of dashboards designed to give you clearer, real-time visibility into your operations.

This initial version introduces a core set of views and filters that marks the beginning of an ongoing evolution. See your properties, priorities, and tasks at a glance with smart visual indicators.

  • Available views: buildings, units, occupancy, tenants, and tasks.
  • Manager view: requests, priorities, tasks, and approvals.
  • Filters: by property, group, or employee.

And this is just the beginning—new views and analyses will continue to enrich the dashboard.

Result: greater visibility, faster decisions, and more proactive management.


Coming Soon – Special Charges
Complete Feature Redesign

A complete redesign of the Special Charges feature will soon be available, bringing greater flexibility and an improved user experience.

You will be able to add multiple billable items within a single charge and assign different amounts per user based on specific needs.

The new interface will also allow you to save drafts, manage a reusable item inventory, and better control the distribution of charges through automatic validation before sending.

Result: simpler, more flexible special charge management tailored to the realities of property managers.


Vehicle and EV Charging
Simplified Tracking

The vehicle management module has been enhanced to make it easier to identify Electric Vehicles (EVs) and manage parking spaces.

A new Energy Type field now categorizes vehicles (Gasoline or EV / Plug-in Hybrid), and an EV outlet identifier can be associated with compatible parking spaces to better manage charging station usage.

Vehicle profiles now also include a parking space field and a Notes section to quickly centralize important information.

With these additions and an improved list view featuring filters and visual indicators, managers can more easily identify electric vehicles and better plan the use of charging infrastructure.


Rental — Schedule 6
Now Integrated into Lease Management

UpperBee now supports Schedule 6, the official Quebec form used to document modifications to a lease before renewal.

This integration allows you to:

  • Easily structure and document adjustments (rent, conditions, services, etc.)
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements
  • Centralize all information directly within your lease management workflow

Everything is managed without leaving your workflow, with integrated forms and electronic signature included.

Result: less paperwork, fewer risks of errors, and a simpler, more secure renewal process.


Pinned Action Button
Everything Within Reach

A new pinned action button now follows you throughout the platform. It remains visible while scrolling and automatically adapts to your role and the page you are viewing.

No more unnecessary back-and-forth: key actions such as quick links, help articles, and support are available in one click, wherever you are in the platform.


Journal Entries
Improvements

The account number is now automatically displayed in the dropdown menu when creating a client account.

Journal entries also allow you to dynamically add multiple lines, with totals for debits, credits, and the overall difference displayed for clearer validation and more efficient accounting entry.
