Service request optimizations (Condo and Rental)

• Improved navigation menu: The side menu can now be easily hidden, providing a cleaner interface and quick access to key features.
• Streamlined organization: Options like unit selection and statuses such as “Urgent” and “Requires physical inspection” are now prominently displayed at the top of the internal ID section.
• Enhanced unit visibility: The relevant unit is now clearly shown in the request list, making it easier to manage requests at a glance.
• Easier reassignment: When reassigning a request to another portal, the property’s address now appears directly in the dropdown menu for a more seamless process.
• New feature: A new “Submit and create new” option allows you to instantly add a new request while handling the current one, speeding up the workflow.

Journal entry improvements

• Instant account activation: Add or activate an account directly from the journal entries page.
• Up-to-date account list: A new option allows you to refresh the account list immediately after creating a new account.
• New filter by amount: Quickly find the entries you need with an integrated amount filter right in the journal entries.
• Minor visual adjustments: Enjoy a more polished interface with a few subtle visual tweaks.
• Streamlined actions: Access all these new options in the action menu of the operation for even more intuitive navigation.

IMPROVEMENTS

Improvements to the damages tab presentation

• Enhanced visibility of service categories: When viewing a purchase order linked to a claims request, it is now easy to identify the associated category within the financial summary. This makes tracking and managing claims more straightforward.
• Categories: The financial summary categories are now prominently displayed on the main claims file screen, giving you a clear and intuitive overview for optimized management.

We have reorganized several menus in the app to make your experience even more intuitive:

• GENERAL is now HOME, providing quicker access to essential information.
• TECHNICAL has been renamed to OPERATIONS, consolidating all building-related tasks in one place.
• CALENDARS and PROPERTY DAMAGES FILES are now accessible directly from the OPERATIONS menu for smoother navigation.
• The INVESTMENTS module has been renamed to ASSETS.
