Here are some of the latest improvements and new features of your UpperBee software, which have just been put online to allow you to better manage your buildings.

Budget – Enhanced synchronization and history
Accounts now synchronize automatically with the previous period if the budget has not been adopted. To maintain report accuracy, deleting budget lines is no longer possible if actual or budgeted amounts were recorded for the previous year.
Tracking has also been improved with an audit trail for key actions, including:
- Budget creation and adoption
- Adoption cancellation
- Billing stoppage
- Contribution date changes
- General information updates.
Document reception – Better flexibility
Email-to-PDF conversion has been simplified, making it easier to turn important emails into PDF files and attach them directly to invoices.
The expense addition process is now more efficient, with the option to automatically register a new GL account with the supplier. Configured accounts are displayed more clearly, ensuring better visibility and smoother management.
Additionally, statistics have been enhanced to provide more detailed and insightful analysis of received documents.
Improvements – Maintenance log
The task list has been redesigned with a more intuitive and functional interface. A new import/export feature allows for easier task management, saving valuable time.
These updates are part of an ongoing commitment to continuous improvement.
Menus – More customization and clarity
Drop-down menus have been refined for a cleaner and more visually appealing display. Menu customization has been optimized so that only your favorites appear, making navigation even more intuitive.
Icons have also been added to the “All Features” page, allowing for quicker and more efficient searches.
Invoices and credits – Smoother management and more
Users can now reply to all directly within invoice notes, streamlining communication.
It is also now possible to select the same account multiple times when modifying a credit note, offering greater flexibility.
Units – Better display and management
The unit list has been redesigned to display key statistics in a summary view for quick access to essential information.
A new parking configuration now allows for easy identification of spaces equipped with electric vehicle charging stations, improving organization and accessibility.
