NEW

UPPERBEE TRAINING PLAN FOR PROPERTY MANAGEMENT TEAMS

Training your new employees has never been easier.

You asked – we listened.

To support property management companies in effectively onboarding and training their teams, UpperBee is launching a new weekly online training program starting this September.

A 3-week rotating cycle, offered monthly:

These sessions are hands-on, easy to follow, and designed to help your team make the most of UpperBee’s features every day. They’re ideal for all users – from newcomers to experienced professionals.

The first free training session will take place on July 2 at 1 p.m. (training for property managers). Starting in September, training sessions will be reserved for companies registered with our continuing education service. Details to follow.

The content will also be updated regularly to highlight the latest UpperBee features and improvements. The full schedule and registration links will be shared soon – stay tuned!

Quick Preview of Folder Contents

Save time in the Documents section with a new preview feature: simply hover over a folder to instantly see the files it contains and its total size — without opening each folder individually.


Messages and Requests
Schedule Your Sends

You can now schedule when your request notes will be sent by picking the date, time, and time zone. This feature gives you greater control over when information is delivered, even outside of business hours.

A REDESIGNED HOMEPAGE FOR RESIDENTS

UpperBee is getting ready to launch a modernized homepage for residents – the first step in a full redesign of the client portal.

What’s new :

  • Customizable display: Managers can choose between icon or image-based section views.
  • Responsive interface: The new design adapts to all screens — desktop, tablet, or mobile — for a seamless experience.
  • Built-in visual library: A curated collection of city images will be available to enhance and personalize the layout.

This update marks the beginning of a broader series of enhancements aimed at creating a more user-friendly, modern, and accessible client portal.


Simplified Export
Tax Credit for Home Support Services

In the section for the tax credit for home-support services for seniors, you can now export an Excel file listing all registered buildings, including service volumes and billed amounts.

A key feature to simplify your tax reporting.


Bill Payments
Now from Multiple Bank Accounts

You can now make electronic payments by selecting a different bank account than the one originally linked to the UpperBee Pay service.

This added flexibility gives you better control over your payment sources.
