Certified Emails
Now Available in UpperBee
UpperBee now allows you to send certified emails directly from the platform.
Ideal for sensitive communications (formal notices, lease renewals, change notifications, etc.), this service provides:
- Complete timestamped proof (content, sender, recipient, date and time of sending, receipt, and opening)
- Detailed tracking (IP, platform used, etc.)
- A digital alternative to registered letters – faster, simpler, and fully integrated
Peace of mind for your official communications.
Calendars
With Integrated Billing*
Your UpperBee calendar is evolving to give you even more control and simplicity.
You can now bill reservations directly from the calendar at the time of booking. The process is fast and fully integrated with UpperBee Pay, offering an optimal experience for both managers and users.
Result: fewer administrative tasks, lower risk of errors, and a professional, seamless booking experience.
*This feature is exclusively available to UpperBee Pay clients.
Improvements – UpperBee Rental
Subsidized and Prorated Rents
Two new improvements simplify lease and billing management:
1. A new option automatically calculates the first prorated rent for leases starting mid-month, reducing manual adjustments and ensuring accurate billing from the start.
2. Select the receivable account directly in the subsidized rent lease to automatically split amounts between the tenant and the paying organization. Example ($1,000): $400 to the tenant, $600 to the subsidy.
Result: better tracking, accurate billing, and simplified accounting.

Property Portfolios
Managing multiple properties?
Users with “View All Properties” permissions can now:
- Access an instant overview of all properties without switching profiles
- Use dynamic filters to navigate faster
- Compare and verify key data at a glance
This update speeds up validation, verification, and comparison processes, making multi-property management much easier on a daily basis.

Integrated Security Deposits*
Starting in early 2026, UpperBee will allow you to set up, collect, and refund security deposits for reservations via credit card.
- Configurable amounts at booking or creation
- Automatic or manual refunds, depending on your needs
- Complete history and clear status for each deposit
A feature designed to offer more transparency and efficiency at every step.

Certified Email Dashboard
Soon, a centralized view will allow you to track all certified emails sent:
- Search by property, resident, unit, or employee
- Real-time status of each email sent, delivered, processed, or failed
- A detailed panel will provide full information: recipient, content, attachments, delivery logs, and audit history
- Delivery proof and audit logs available.
