Simplified fund accounting method
Streamline your financial management with the simplified effected fund accounting method.
Now available for all new portals, this easy-to-use tool simplifies the management of reserve funds and administrative funds, no matter how many you require.
Although currently exclusive to new portals, a migration tool will soon be rolled out for existing clients.

Flexible payment management with UpperBee Pay
UpperBee Pay now offers greater flexibility to residents with the option for recurring credit card payments.
Residents can easily manage and update their payment preferences from the “My Balance” tile. If any transaction issue arises, they will receive a prompt to select a new payment option, ensuring uninterrupted payments.
Managing recurring transactions has also been enhanced, allowing residents to view and modify both direct debits and credit card payments with ease.

Enhanced security and streamlined request creation
We have strengthened security measures to better protect against fraud, including phishing attacks, by displaying alerts when notes or requests are received from unrecognized contacts.
Additionally, creating a new request from within a request is now quicker, with new options to generate them directly from any note in a request. When a new problem, unrelated to the existing request, is added as a note, with 1 click, the manager can generate a new request, improving both requests organization, efficiency and security.

One-Click access to supplier information
Managing suppliers just got easier with one-click access to their details directly from an invoice.
Instantly view contact information, associated documents, and transaction history, allowing for more streamlined decision-making and smoother supplier management.

UpperBee now includes a filter to easily identify suppliers who have not yet been assigned a general ledger account, simplifying their management, and ensuring a more efficient setup process.

Expanded opening balance options
To make setting up new properties even smoother, you can now input opening balances either through an opening balance sheet or by importing a trial balance.
This feature, available in the financial menu, provides more flexibility to kickstart your accounting process with ease.

A new feature lets you save journal entries as drafts, adding an extra layer of oversight.
This allows you to prepare and review entries before finalizing them, ensuring a more accurate and controlled accounting process.
