Disaster claims management
On May 6, licensees were able to benefit from training in the new tool developed by UpperBee that responds to a desperate need for property management companies regarding the management of claims in multi-residential buildings in both rental and condominium.
It is now greatly facilitated thanks to a complete file centralized in one place that allow the manager to manage everything related to the resolution of the disaster. Here are the topics that were presented:
- Manage a claim via the appropriate service request;
- How the different tools of the platform (invoices, special charges, purchase orders, chargeback, etc.) can help build a complete financial report for claims,
- How to manage equipment via the maintenance log.
Remember that these webinars are free and reserved for Licensed UpperBee customers. If you are a licensed property manager of UpperBee, you have already received by email, all the information as well as the registration links
Several improvements have been made to UpperBee’s mail merge features; you can now add new fields in the templates. |
