Credit card payments now integrated into UpperBee
Offer your residents a simple, flexible and secure payment option.
- Log in to your property at companyname.upperbee.com or via your UpperBee mobile app.
- Click on ‘‘My balance’’ within your personal space.
- Click on ‘‘Pay My Balance’’ and opt for the Credit Card Payment option.
- Input your credit card details and click on ‘‘Pay’’.
IMPORTANT : This functionality is already available in UpperBee Manager for buildings that have activated UpperBee Pay.

The simplicity of bank payments
Discover the ease of bank payments with UpperBee Pay, a fast, secure and convenient solution.
Enable your residents to settle condo or homeowner association fees, rent or other expenses through participating financial institutions, or pay your bills via bank transfer – no more checks.
- Log in to your financial institution account as you would to pay an electricity bill.
- Choose UpperBee Pay from the list of providers.
- Enter the reference number from your UpperBee account statement.
- Validate your payment – simple as that!
No more need for the involvement of your teams to create accounting entries. The transaction is also automatically updated in the account statement of the co-owner or resident. » Read more
IMPROVEMENT
Evolution of statements of account with addition of a QR code for instant payment
Make it easier for residents to pay in one click thanks to the QR code added to the statements of account.
All the resident has to do is scan this QR code, and he goes directly to the page which allows him to pay his balance.
Two payment options are then available: payment by credit card or bank payment.

Following the implementation of the document reception module, the document scanner will be deactivated on August 1, 2024.
