The SolutionCondo team has set itself the mission of ensuring the sustainability of buildings and encouraging effective and efficient management of Quebec condominiums.
Les Lofts McGill Ouest, the development of Urban Capital, is located at 630 William Street, near McGill Street, between Old Montreal and the Cité du multimédia. The building is a 5-minute walk from Victoria Square Metro Station.
This condominium project was built in 2006, in two phases (the two buildings are connected to each other by a glass corridor.) and has a total of 244 loft units.
The 10-storey building is a glass and brick building, inspired by boutique hotels with common areas: a large entrance hall, a bar-lounge/reception room, interior gardens, a gym, a billiard room. The condominiums are warehouse style, with high concrete ceilings, and huge windows.
