Alain Thuotte, president and property manager, holds a bachelor’s degree from UQAM in business administration, concentration in finance. He also has a background in project management as well as training in the Electrical Code of Québec. He has more than thirty years of experience in industrial construction as a manager of major projects. His profile is complemented by a management orientation focused on cost optimization and a vast knowledge of the various technical and contractual fields of the building and construction world in Quebec. In addition, he has in-depth knowledge of the legal environment of residential construction and condominiums in Quebec.

Simon Thuotte, co-founder, and property manager, holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from UQAM. He bridged the gap between his studies and his entrepreneurial ambitions with SAJE’s start-up training in 2014. He established his first company in 2017 in industrial additive manufacturing and has developed a competence in supply chain and supplier management. He brings to Gestion Immobilière Delta a systematized, rigorous, and efficient management method.
