Convoking a virtual meeting when you’re already a client of UpperBee or SolutionCondo web-based real estate management software is literally as simple as 1, 2, 3.

1. Set up a Meeting account for your syndicate of co-ownership, condominium association or HOA and create a virtual meeting in your newly created account;
2. Import your data directly from your UpperBee or SolutionCondo property management software account, complete with a list of units (fractions), participants (owners) and all proxies that you’ve collected using UpperBee’s and SolutionCondo’s powerful tools;
3. Invite your participants to join your virtual meeting directly from Meeting.

And you are done!

All participants will receive a private code via email to log into your virtual meeting when the time comes. As your participants log into your virtual meeting, Meeting will automatically compile the quorum and all votes as required.
