Online documents reception module

This new tool allows you to improve your accounts payable processing:

– Each property has a dedicated e-mail address to communicate with suppliers,
– A 100% online invoice scanning tool,
– Artificial intelligence reading of invoices for properties registered with UpperBee Pay, which extracts the relevant information and fills in the appropriate fields,
– Advanced statistics on the number of documents received and their processing time,
– Receipt of documents and automatic classification into the appropriate property,
– And much more!!

AI Integration for Accounts Payable Management

Do your buildings use UpperBee Pay? You get a bonus and access to artificial intelligence for billing management and approval.

The benefits:

– Fast invoice processing: invoices are quickly analyzed and processed, speeding up the entire financial management process.
– Analysis of invoice elements: AI scans each element of an invoice, verifying the supplier, attributing costs to specific buildings or units, identifying invoice number, amount, description, while minimizing the risk of errors.
– Instant identification of elements in the system: AI is able to instantly identify invoice elements that correspond to data already present in the system, offering a complete view of each transaction.

IMPROVEMENT

Improved query filters for simplified searches

We have simplified query filters, removed labels, grouped searches by date into a single drop-down menu and repositioned some elements for a more user-friendly interface.
We have also improved the speed of company-level searches when searching by query number.

IMPROVEMENT TO COME

Two-factor authentication (2FA) – Security level evolution

As part of our ongoing commitment to security, we will be introducing two-factor authentication to access the platform.

You’ll be able to easily configure it in your profile settings. This additional barrier of protection will be implemented (with Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator) early this year for users with super administrator rights.

A new partnership and exclusive benefits for UpperBee customers with Nautilus Plus!

These benefits and preferential rates are available to employees and residents (co-owners and tenants) of all buildings managed with UpperBee. Managers, your employees also have access.
